My Resources for Training New SEO's

Hey , Part of growing an SEO business is bringing on new people to increase your production capacity. If you plan to double or even triple your company revenue than you will need to scale your SEO training as you take on more customers and increase your overall workload. There's a ton of great free and paid information on the internet covering strategies and tactics to do SEO, but it's all still very confusing for someone brand new to digital marketing. This has become painfully clear to me as I've just completed training my 3rd class of SEO Apprentices - and as usual, I needed a better process, so I'm making one. I've been hard at work building out a Quick Start Training Kit to help alleviate some of the time and a lot of the stress that comes with training new SEO hires.  I have an internal wiki that we use for training new people, and I've been told the reason it's so useful is that it neatly categorizes the different activities involved in SEO, and then points to resources bringing newcomers through the process one step at a time.
