What Top Chef Can Teach You About Time Management

Hi Chea,   I met my long lost Italian brother a few weeks ago.   Well ... he's not really my brother.   And .... I'm only a quarter Italian.   But he DID teach me how to make pasta!    He even taught me how to make tomato sauce I didn't hate (is it just me, or are chunky tomatoes the worst?)   I mean, can't you see the resemblance between us?   And that's not even the reason I call him my long-lost-brother.   This guy has so much heart and hustle - it's like we were separated at birth.    Fabio Viviani, former Top Chef contestant, restaurateur, chef, and overall badass, came to my house, and we got down to business about how he's blown up on the cooking scene.   He now has 5 restaurants in over 3 cities.    He's starting more restaurants.   He's everywhere in the press.   He's all over social media.   He has his own cookware line.   He's publishing books.   He's creating apps.   This man has only been in the United States for a few years and he is crushing it.
