Find Out Why You Are Sick & Tired (and What to Do About It)

Hi Chea,

Do you ever have moments when you realize you just haven't felt great in a while?
Or you can't even remember the last time you felt GOOD?

Do you ever look down one day at your belly and think, "Whoa, when did that happen?"

I've been there. In fact, the first couple of years my business was getting off the ground, I was working 18 hour days at my laptop, eating whatever I wanted (aka a lot of sugar) and barely sleeping.

You can imagine how that lifestyle didn't help maintain my football physique.

In fact, my gut started hanging over my underwear and my family started calling me "Flewis" for Fat Lewis.

I KNOW.

It was about then, when I was living in NYC, that I decided enough was enough and it was time to focus on my health.

I quit sugar for 28 days (and lost 28 pounds).

I started working out hard for Team Handball.

I started drinking green juice and paying attention to what I ate.

And I've never looked back (or felt better).

That's why I'm so big on learning about and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

I've seen such a huge difference in my overall health, mental clarity, energy levels, and happiness in general since I really started to care for my body.

A couple of weeks ago, I got to meet Jackie Warner, the celebrity fitness trainer you may remember from Bravo TV shows like Work Out and Thintervention.

I love having guests in studio and I love wearing my podcast headset.

She is an incredible trainer, entrepreneur, best-selling author, and straight-shooter.

I asked her a lot of questions about her experiences on TV and working with celebrities, but I also wanted to know what really causes us to get so unhealthy.

I asked Jackie where obesity really stems from and she surprised me with the answer: it comes from addiction, which comes from low self-esteem.

Of course we had a fascinating conversation around that (and how to build self-esteem to break out of that cycle), which you can listen to in Episode 221 Why We Are Sick and Tired and How to Fix It with Jackie Warner.

Also, after our interview Jackie put me through the paces in a quick cardiovascular acceleration workout that had me sweating in seconds - don't worry, we took a video.

Have a great week and take care of your body!
