Have you ever calculated your real hourly wage?  I'm not talking about the simple calculation of "I make $400 a week and work 40 hours, therefore I make $10/hr."

I'm talking about taking into account everything that comes with your job - the commute, decompression time, job-related illness, clothing, lunch food, etc. - and looking at your true bottom line after factoring in all of those pieces.

You might be surprised what you find if you take the time to work through it.
