What is an SEO Content Map?

Hey There,  I've been having an increasing number of conversations about designing a content map with SEO in mind. The days of creating a page for every single keyword you want to target are long gone, and SEO is more complex than it's ever been - but keyword-focused content is still a critical piece of the pie. It's hard to describe, especially through just a conversation, how to find opportunities on your site to tweak (or create) content to target specific keyword rankings - so I put a post together. I started working on a post about designing a content map a couple months ago, and as is usually the case, other priorities came up and it got pushed off.
