September 2017 Issue Dear Entrepreneur, I don't like success stories. They're boring. They feel braggy. And there's not much you can learn from someone talking about how much they're killing it. Here's what I love instead: problem-solving stories. I want to know the setbacks and solutions that led to success — and I think that's what you want too, both from us and from your peers. We're all wiser when we acknowledge that work is hard, that our paths are imperfect, and that we thrive not out of luck or serendipity but because we're constantly on our toes. These are the stories I put in the magazine (and this month you'll find plenty of them!), and now there's another way I'm diving into them. I host a new, weekly Entrepreneur podcast called Problem Solvers, where each episode explores how an entrepreneur fixed an unexpected problem in their business.
