I'm launching a new personal coaching program where I will be mentoring 100 business owners on how to build a million dollar (per year) business.

Hey There, Happy New Year! (it's late, I know - but late is better than never). You probably joined my mailing list (the reason you're receiving this email) for some reason related to SEO.. so you may not know about my background as an entrepreneur outside of the SEO industry (or that I was in real estate for 5 years before ever trying to rank anything, but that's a story for another day). The truth is I've built and sold a dozen or so companies and websites since 2004 (when I opened my first business; a house painting franchise outside Philadelphia, PA).  And while I love all things SEO and software (the basis for 2 of my earlier exits -- which were based on custom content management systems) my real passion is the build. I love building businesses to that first million dollar mark, especially since things seem to get easier from there; but getting to that first million dollars per year in revenue is the most fun. I've learned that there really is a formula for doing this too, especially for agencies selling a service. The process for identifying the market niche, creating a brand, developing products, selling, and building a team require the same ingredients, every time. So I'm writing to you today to tell you about a new project I'm launching. It's called 7 Figure Agency (or 7FA for short), and it's a year-long agency training program where I'll personally mentor you on how to build a million dollar business of your own.
