Important - Facebook Upcoming Changes To Messenger Broadcasts Rules

Hello Monetizers! 

For those of us that are currently using Facebook Messenger Bots, or plan to in the future... it is imperative that you apply for subscription messaging right now! So what is subscription messaging? 

According to Facebook's Terms & Conditions, businesses and messenger bots have up to 24 hours to respond to a message sent by a person in Messenger when using standard messaging. 

Subscription messaging allows you to send non-promotional messages outside of 24-hour messaging window without breaking any rules.

However, Facebook has decided to make some huge changes to this rule and wants you to pay to message your subscriber..... if you are NOT already grandfathered for the messaging status.  

Plus they are not making this an easy process... for the 20+ times my clients have recently been accepted it took 5+ tries to apply before finally getting accepted.
