Resource Management for Agencies

I created a tool that takes a data-driven approach to resource management for digital agencies.

Hey hey, Been a while huh. I've been pretty heads down between managing From The Future, Traffic Think Tank, 7 Figure Agency, and the other businesses that are part of my (now) 2 investment companies; NK Tech (co-owned by my wife, Kelley) and FTW Ventures. This month's content in 7 Figure Agency was a deep look at scaling an agency, and how to design your organization in a way that best fits with your growth trajectory and ability to hire. Here's an example of where most agency owners start out:  The content this month lays out a clear path on how to go from that, to this:  With the focus being on getting your monthly recurring revenue from client services to exceed $84,000/month, and have that first magical $1 million dollar year.  Part of the content goes into how to design your production schedule each month to ensure you have the right amount of resources to fulfill on all your client deliverables without being over or understaffed (and of course while remaining profitable).
