A Better Way To Outsource...... (New Blog Post)

Hello Monetizers!  Today I wanted to share with you, one of the most important lessons I learned in business was from the quote " focus on what you do best and outsource the rest". It just makes sense in business, that the better people you have, the better business you will have. But how many of us are doing tasks and jobs that we could easily delegate?  I have to say that it took me a long time to take my own advice. After hiring hundreds of freelancers from Upwork and Fiverr, I almost gave up. This was because the time it took me to post a job, hire someone, answer questions on brief, it was almost as fast just to do the changes myself. Plus I was saving money.  So I did this for a while, after truly being frustrated with tasks taking twice as long and team members becoming very slow at responding.   Well after business was picking up, it was time to start outsourcing projects again or hiring an in office programmer.
