The Most Used Shady Practices of Website Monetization....

Hello Monetizers!

Most of the articles I share with you are always on the positive side, like how to make more from your website... and I promise this post will do so, but in a different kind of way.

Today I wanted to discuss and show you some of the shady practices in website monetization and how NOT to get fooled by your advertising partner.

But what do you think I mean when I said: "fooled by the shady practices" of your website monetization company?

Well... in the highly competitive online advertising industry, some companies are adopting shady practices in order to gain a competitive edge or make it look like their clients earn higher revenues, and trust me when I say how easy it is to do so.

These "shady" companies or networks use tactics like misbehaving ad tag/ad script, impression shaving, and disrespecting frequency capping agreements and steal your traffic.

Now for those of us who actually know what these terms mean or those of us that don't, there are a few things you should start doing to avoid getting fooled:

  • Understanding which metrics influence your website's earnings.
  • Looking at industry averages to determine how much your traffic is really worth.
  • Choosing a reputable monetization partner or ad network with experience.

Are you really sure your monetization partner isn't cheating?

Make sure to read this entire post so you can find out if you're getting fooled!

Don't let yourself be fooled – let the evidence reveal the truth!
